A metal detector is a device that uses an electromagnetic field to inspect the objects to be inspected that are conveyed on a conveyor line. When a metal signal greater than a set value is detected, it outputs an alarm for metal mixing or a reject command signal from a selector.

4. Introduction to key functions of the operation interface
From the left, the first light is the running light. During normal detection, the light is green. The second light is the NG indicator, which turns red when metal foreign objects are detected. The rest of the lights are level display LEDs, showing the detection level of metal components.
LCD display Display: product No., product name, judgment result, action mode, etc.
Run button Press this button, the indicator light of the conveyor belt is on, and the conveyor belt starts to run;
Stop button Press this button, the indicator light of the conveyor belt will go out, and the conveyor belt will stop running;
The product key is on the basic screen. Press this key to change to the product list screen, and the product can be changed.
The setting key is on the basic screen, press this key, it will change to the menu screen, and the menu can be selected;
The return key ends the existing screen and returns to the previous page;
Arrow keys are used for item selection and screen page switching;
The enter key is used to confirm items or settings.
(Note In order to prevent damage to the protective film, please do not use sharp objects (ballpoint pen, etc.) to touch the keys.)
5. Probe
Probe is a sensor used to detect metal.Photocells are used to make sure that the item under inspection passes.
Reflector* Reflector for photocells.
*The photocell and reflector are located upstream of the conveying direction of the conveyor belt. (These two items are optional)
